1. Refund Eligibility
We want you to be happy with Minimeo! If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the payment date
- The request must be your first refund request for that subscription
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at contact@minimeo.in with:
- Your registered email address
- Date of payment
- Reason for refund (helps us improve!)
We will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- PDF worksheet bundles once downloaded
- Subscriptions after the 7-day refund window
- Partial month refunds (you keep access until the billing period ends)
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page. When you cancel:
- You keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
- Your account automatically reverts to the Free plan after that
- Your child's progress and stars are preserved
- No further charges will be made
