Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be happy with Minimeo! If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the payment date
  • The request must be your first refund request for that subscription
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at contact@minimeo.in with:

  • Your registered email address
  • Date of payment
  • Reason for refund (helps us improve!)

We will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • PDF worksheet bundles once downloaded
  • Subscriptions after the 7-day refund window
  • Partial month refunds (you keep access until the billing period ends)

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page. When you cancel:

  • You keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • Your account automatically reverts to the Free plan after that
  • Your child's progress and stars are preserved
  • No further charges will be made
